BOE-XI (R2) on AIX
Crystal Reports XI
Oracle 10g
_______________________

Reports are created on the desktop in CR-XI (R2) using the Oracle "Native" connection method.

These RPTs work fine in BOE-XI (R2) when they are published to CLUSTERS that are hosted on Windows2003 servers, but fail when the are published to CLUSTERS that are hosted on AIX servers.

Is the Oracle "Native" connection method supported on AIX..?

Is there special/added config required (ie. OBDC, etc)...?

Thanks in advance for the help!

Is there a way to install the Oracle Client software on AIX? If so (and I suspect that there is), then that needs to be installed in order for Crystal to be able to connect to Oracle from AIX.
