First of all sorry by my poor english.
I need to install Oracle-Portal (WebBD) version 2.2.0.0.5
for WinNT. When it is installing PL/SQL web toolkit, a
message appears saying that can't find "owaname" into
owa40.vrf.... however install continues and all seems
correctly.
when I try to connect to the page I obtain:

ORA-04063: package body "WEBDB.OWA" have errors
ORA-06508: PL/SQL: No se ha podido encontrar la unidad de biblioteca llamada
ORA-06512: en línea 2
(translated: we can't find the lib unit called: (?) at
line 2)
DAD name: WebDB
PROCEDURE : WEBDB.home
USER : webdb
URL : PARAMETERS :

... anyway I can enter to de /_admin/xxx.html pages
