Oracle Parameter Collection problem 2003 to 05 migration

I keep getting "Invalid index 0 for this OracleParameterCollection with Count=0."

OR

addrange is not a member of system.data.oracleclient.oracleparametercollection

I merely am passing two dates as parameter values and the query executes perfectly in the designed and works perfectly in my VB 2003 backup app.

Any suggestions before I try to rebuild this in 2005?
