oracle odbc not connecting

I am trying to connect to an oracle server using ODBC. When I use Oracle ODBC Test I get several errors, none of which are helpful to me. I am more familiar with Microsoft Drivers so am not use to having to deal with ODBC problems. Can you help me as to what the problem is? P.S. I can ping to the server. Thanks
