Oracle Migration Workbench vs. Data Junction

My question is this: Does Data Junction effectively convert MS Access tables to oracle in the same manner as Oracle Migration Workbench? I keep getting the error code
ora-00942 when I try to load an oracle table onto my pocket pc that has been converted from ms access with data junction. I'm wondering if data junction makes changes that oracle migration workbench doesn't etc. etc.
