Oracle Metalink iTAR response time

So how long soes Oracle support take to respond to an iTAR?
My problem was posted today at severity level 3. Just getting a little antsy.

Not bad...They called within a half hour.

I find that checking the tar onlne is MUCH faster than waiting for any 'prefered' responce. I tried to remain child-like, all I acheived was childish.
