Oracle HRMS? 1

Hi All !
Our organization is implementing Oracle HRMS and shortly I will be moving to the technical support once it goes live. Can anyone suggest how should I go about gathering information about this product?
I would like to know about the important set ups, processes and interfaces related to oracle HRMS.
If Anyone can reply to this request, I will be more than happy!

The technical reference manuals are about $150 last time I got them. Particularly the payroll aspects are made confusing on purpose, I swear. Security by obfustication. I tried to remain child-like, all I acheived was childish.
