Oracle Forms Editor Problem

My application has winword identified as the FORMS45_EDITOR.
On Windows 2000 imaged PCs, when you press the editor icon
Winword successfully opens however you are not permitted to
transfer/view data back and forth. Has anyone else enountered this problem?

HELP!
