Oracle Forms 6i

Hi,

We use and Oracle client-server application based on Oracle forms 6i with a 10g database. The application is starting to have a lot of problems. First, in one form the user must enter a number, then press enter to execute a trigger that will bring up a new form. This function has stopped working on some laptops used by customers. The user presses enter and nothing happens -- the new form never shows up. It seems that the EXECUTE_TRIGGER function is not working

Have you made any changes to the application. You say that it is not working on some laptops. That would imply a configuration change that affects those laptops, some upgrade that was made recently on those laptops. It could be simple as an environment change that is referred to in your application.

If you do not mind showing the code of the trigger, we may be able to help more.
