Oracle Form and Report

Is form and report useful on Oracle financial?
Form and Report exam going to retire 7/31/02
I already pass PL/SQL and PL/SQL program unit,
if form and report use lots on financial, I will keep to take exam,but if not use lots, should i just forget about this? just study my Oracle application and financial package?

Oracle Financials uses Oracle Forms and Oracle Reports extensively.

I'm ready to take Form1 Form2 Report certification,
Except Oracle developer2000, which tools is use lots on ERP Financial, HR, Inventory and Cost ....module?
Which is user recommend? Why?
