I hope this is the right forum, forgive me if it isn't.
Running Oracle 11.5.10.2 eBusiness on RedHat AS3
We're having a problem when users run requests and try to export the data. They get the following error -
"APP-FND-00565 The export failed in APP_EXPORT.DUMP_DATA. PL/SQL error:ORA-01691 unable to extend lob segment APPLSYS.SYS_LOB0000034032C00004$$ by 16 in tablespace PPS_TS_MEDIA"
From what we've found if we run the request - PURGE OBSOLETE GENERIC FILE MANAGER DATA seems to clear the problem up. However the directory on the server where all requests are dumped seems to be filling up more and more with .mgr files- u01/oracle/prodcomn/admin/log/out/PROD_appprod/
Does anyone know of a way to clean this up? We have requests in there that are almost a year old even tho we specify the PURGE OBSOLETE GENERIC FILE MANAGER DATA for 30 days.
Sorry, i'm a newb with Oracle. Thanks.
