I am able to get data from Discoverer into an Excel sheet using the iqy export feature. My Excel macro sets up the iqy connection and post text string, filling in the post text portion with the appropriate parameters for the query, and then refreshes the query table. Every day, I refresh the query in excel and then move the data from the spreadsheet into Access as a linked table. This works OK, but there is the limitation of 65,000 rows that I can get into an exel sheet in one query refresh. Is there a way to bypass Excel altogether and get the data, via iqy, directly into Access?
Thanks.

You're using Discoverer to query an Oracle db, so why not use Access to query the Oracle db directly, thereby cutting out Excel AND Discoverer?

In Access, try File, Get External Data, Link Tables... then select ODBC Dataabses for the Files of type parameter and see what DSNs you get.
