Hi,
I want to try Oracle Discoverer on my machine. It has Windows XP Pro. Oracle Discoverer, as I found, is only available as part of the Oracle 9i AS Enterprise package. I downloaded the Oracle disks from the Oracle website, first in pieces - then tried with the whole file at once. When I've tried to run the setup program with either of the 2 downloads, it has not run. Can anyone tell me if he/she has had this problem & how it can be fixed. Is there an alternate location that Oracle 9i can be installed from?

Surpisingly enough, I have a licensed copy of Oracle 9i AS Enterprise on cd's (3 discs) . I've installed it successfully, but it doesn't have Discoverer on it. On the website, when you're downloading Oracle 9i Enterprise, you see Discoverer listed as one of the components in Enterprise. In fact, downloading Enterprise is provided as the only way to install Discoverer - (I think the download to install Discoverer seperately has been taken away). I would appreciate any help in this regard.

Thanks.
