Hi,
I'm a SQL Server DBA. I wanted to take a look into Oracle for comparison reasons - for myself. With SQL Server, you can buy a developer edition for $50, which has all the features of the Enterprise Edition (highest level), but not the licensing, so only one developer can use it for non-productive use.
I was curious if Oracle has anything like that for its DBMS?
Also, does it have a 64-bit version for Windows Server 2003 64-bit version, or does it strictly operate in a 32-bit environment?
Thanks a bunch for your help!
