oracle developer (post installation)

I'll be very grateful if you could help me to solve that problem....

After finishing the installation of oracle developer when I was trying to run the form these errors accrue...

FRM-10142: the HTTP listener is not running on "computer Name" at port 8888, please start the listener or check your runtime preferences...

Note:

I'm working on windows 2000 with oracle9i release 2.

I suppose it's Forms 9i. It works only with web deployment, so you should start OC4J to run/debug your form. Shortcut is normally installed into the same group as Forms Builder.

i do face the same problem. even after running the OC$J i'm getting the same error
