Oracle Developer 4.5 Windows 2000 Conflict

Within my application certain fields were programmed to utilize the Forms45 Editor Feature. MSWORD is identified as the Forms45_Editor.

Problem - The application still successfully opens MSWORD when the Editor Icon is selected however a Windows Error is generated and it will not permit me to transfer data nor view data between the two applications.

On both Windows 95 & 98 it works. Only Windows 2000 is giving me a problem. Has anyone else encountered this problem?
