Oracle Developer/2000 Release 1.2

Hello,

Anybody know what are differents between Oracle Developer/2000 Release 1.2 and Oracle 8 Personal Edition Release 8.0. I never use the Oracle, but I want to know which one I need.

Personal Oracle 8 is the RDBMS product that will run on your local PC, whereas Developer 2000 1.2 is the developer tools, such as Forms 4.5, Reports 2.5 etc.

Developer 1.2 is an old product, superceeded by Developer 2.0, 6i and now 9i.
