Oracle Designer...

Hello,

Can i Install Oracle Designer v6, on the same machine where i have installed the Oracle8i Enterprise Edition (Release 2 - 8.1.6), on Windows NT Server System??

When i try to install the Oracle Designer, it gives me the following error :

The location specified "D:\Oracle\Ora81", is
already used as an Oracle Home for "Oracle 816
Production".
It cannot be used as an Oracle Home for 'nt'.

I have tried, to install it in a new home, but it gives me another error, that the Oracle Designer Products doesn't suport multiple Installation, and install it on "D:\Oracle\Ora81".

Please Help Me, I don't Know What to do

you have to store it on an oracle client machine, not on server
