Hello,

I have to build an Oracle DB Server for BI development purposes.
It will have to support 9i and 10g DBMS with no more than a few Go of data.
Does anyone can help me to know the optimal hardware size (CPU, RAM, HD) to get good performance and low cost ?
I didn't find any document on the Oracle website, but it is so confused...

Call your Oracle rep. They have stuff. Also could contact each of your hardware vendors and ask them - they also have sizing documents tailored to OLTP or OLAP/DW activities.
