Oracle DB Restore

hello all.
I use from ca arcserve 12 sp1 and install oracle agent on it.
my os is w2k3.
i back up from oracle db and backup is successful but when i want to restore it only archivelog restore and other db dont restore and restore job incomplete.
Error is:
E8605 Failed to start restore. (DBNAME=SYSAUX\C:\ORACLEXE\ORADATA\XE\SYSAUX.DBF, EC=Backup Agent Error -- (213) "Cannot restore since Oracle Server is running.".)

when i try to stop oracle db this error occure:
E8601 Failed to connect agent. (AGENT=\\FANNI1\dbaora7@XE, EC=Backup Agent Error -- (209) "Oracle Server Error.".)

please help me for solving this problem.

To recover a database with current control files
1.
Start the database instance, and mount the database without opening it:
At the SQL*Plus prompt enter:
CONNECT SYS/SYS_PASSWORD AS SYSDBA; STARTUP MOUNT
Note: You may use a different Oracle SYSDBA instead of SYSTEM if the SYSDBA has the proper backup and restore privileges.

these and the rest of the steps are detailed out in the Oracle DB Agent user guide. The guide is located on the media, by default is installed in the ARCserve Backup program group, and online.
