Oracle databases get corrupted

Whenever I am trying to create a sixth database thru the Oracle interface, it does not allow me to do that giving an error "Out of memory". If I close the services and then create this sixth database, it allows me to do so at the same time but it ends up corrupting the previous five databases created.

What could be the problem ??

What OS are you using?
What system?
Memory?
When do you get the error?
What is the exact syntax of the error?
