Oracle Database without passing the User/password in the URLssword t

Does anybody know a good way to access an oracle database with out passing the user name and password though the URL having it reside in on the NT server. Any ideas

What is your development environment? Are you using Crystal Enterprise 8 and reports 8.5? If using CE managed reports, then you can set the userid/password on the report in the APS.

We had this issue at an Oracle Site using CR8.0 and the WCS.
Cr8.5 with CE has the login within the APS. Editor and Publisher of Crystal Clear

Iam using Crystal Enterprise 8, when i was first intalling the software it would not work when you would try setting it up to an oracle database so it installed SQL server manager on my system. Now when i go to the Web Enterprise administration it does not allow me to change anything?
