Oracle client coexistence with MS SQL 2005 server

I currently have a client that wants me to setup a ZAM server using a remote Oracle DB. So I plan on installing the Oracle client so I can configure the ODBC for my application to use.

On the server I have been given to install this on, the customer already has an instance of MS SQL2005 (Express version). This is used by the backup media manager software currently on the server.

I am wondering if the SQL server and the Oracle client will butt heads with each other, so far my searches for conflicts have not come up with anything.

Does anyone know of a possible issue in setting this up?
