We have 4 Citrix Servers. One of them has been misbehaving. Each server supports about 20 users.

After 2-3 hours after everybody logs into the system, this one server starts giving general protection fault (GPF) errors and the users then end up having to log out and log back in. The forms on oracle application 10.7 SC also wig out. They give all different kinds of FRM error messages (in the event of not getting a GPF). Is there any solution to it?

Are there any statistics on the hardware requirments for supporting 20 users?

Any information would be appreciated!

The client here uses NT 3.51. I am not sure where the local cache for the profiles is? [sig][/sig]

I assumed it was NT 3.51, because WinFrame only runs on that platform. In fact, the Winframe CD comprises a special build of NT 3.51, modified by Citrix (pre-Terminal Server).

The cached profiles should be in WINFRAME\System32\Config. [sig][/sig]

I have located the cached profiles and have deleted them. I will have to wait and see what happens today.

I noticed one more issue. The Performance monitor on this server has an object "IP" and in the list of its counters there is one called "Datagram header Recieved Errors"...and its values show a 100%. Should this be of any concern?

Thanks for the info. [sig][/sig]
