Oracle APP-14531 error trying to do receipts

After I have done a receipt, I receive the message that the transaction is complete: 2 records applied and saved.
But when I exit the form I receive the following error:

rvtptcontrol failed-APP-14531
RVTTH-010: Subroutine rvtthins()
returned error

Looking on Oracle's metalink site it only talks about checking the max extents for the po.rcv_transactions, which I have had the dba check and they are ok.

Has anyone else had this problem and found a solution?
