Oracle and libsna.a??

We are trying to install Oracle on our AIX box (4.3.3.8) and the installation errors saying that it can't find 'libsna.a'. It appears that this file is part of 'sna.rte', but I can't find this on the AIX CD's. Is this a separately licensed product or what?

The sna filesets are part of Communications Server. This is a separately licensed product.
