Oracle agent.............dissappeared

Everything was working fine for months. All of a sudden, starting this month, the Oracle agent dissappeared from the Backup system, and the system skips the whole oracle server, and does all the other backups on my nt servers. I dont understand why the agent just dissappeared. And how would i install it agagin. I only know basic features of Backup Exec.
