Oracle 9i on RedHat 9 - missing libzip.so lib

I am trying to install Oracle 9i on RedHat 9 and I am getting an error about a missing library libzip.so. I have been told that this is a known issue and I simply need to download the lib and everything will be fine.

My question is... anyone know where I can find this lib???
