Oracle 9i lite

We have a large population of mobile users and are considering using Oracle 9i lite and mobile server to sync data and application changes. Our application is written in Powerbuilder. I have heard that there are many problems with the mobile server and was wondering if anyone had any comments. Does anyone know if Oracle 10g lite has resolved these problems?
