hi,
I installed oracle9ids windows version. When I was running my oracle form, I am not able to see the form because some web related problems.but my form is client/server.
I donot want to run in web mode.

Cannot I run my form(not webform) in client/server mode?
Is web is default mode?
Iam having the same problem in reports also.

Please guide me.
Thanks.

9i forms will only run in web mode. There is no client side runtime.

You will need to start OC4J and run your forms through a browser session. This way you can run the forms on yourt local client as if they were running from a remote server.

Thanks for your reply.
I was trying to run in web mode. when I am stating OC4J Instance , I am having this kind of error.

"Error starting HTTP-sERVER: address in use
oracle 9ias containers for J2EE initialized".

What is this error?

Thanks.
