Hi

we had installed the Oracle 9i AS Application Server here. It is version 9.0.1
Does this include the Oracle Application Interconnect??
Actually i need to integrate the Oracle CRM with an external application. How i can do this?
I thought of using OAI? is it a right solution?
DOes CRM have any other ineterfaces for integration?

PLease respond ASAP this is very urgent!
