Oracle 8i NUMBER define

I use Crystal 4.6.1.0 and Oracle 8i, with ODBC connection.
In the database have a table with a column defined as number(14,2).

The decimal places are not appearing in the report.
Ex: column = 123,43; report = 123,00

Why?
