Oracle 8i Newbie

Hello,

I have never used or seen the Oracle Development environment. I'm kinda intimidated at learning it even though this is something I really want to do. Can anybody suggest some websites or books to get me started? I was thinking about buying the Oracle 8 Bible as my first starting point. My goal is to know how to set up databases and use Oracle Forms on the web.

My coding experience has mostly been Microsoft based with ASP, VB (COM) & SQL.

I've spent some time on the Oracle Technology Network, but have had a hard time digesting and figuring out what to help me with. I was hoping there were some books or online tutorials that would step me through the basics of setting up a db, creating oracle forms, etc.

It seems the otn.oracle.com site is more for regular users of Oracle.
