Oracle 8i Lite on WinCE

I have install an Oracle8i Lite for WinCE and try adapt MFC ODBC wrapper classes CDatabase and CRecordset(src files are shipped with embedded Visual tools 3.0 for WinCE) but I can not found a SQLGetFunctions ODBC function in any files (.dll and import .lib) neither in shipped with Oracle Lite nor in shipped with embedded tools ;(
How then determine which functions are supported by ODBC driver?
