Oracle 8 to 8i upgrade exam

Has any one given the oracle exam up grade from oracle 8 to oracle 8i I would like to know the topics and the number of questions ask from each questions ?

I would like to get more information on upgrading from oracle 8 to 8i. Just completed course work on oracle financials 11i and seeking to take 8i and possibly 9i in the near feature.
