Oracle 8.1.5 installation on SCO Unixware 7.1 problem

hi,
I am installing oracle 8.1.5 on unixware server but when it tries to link net8 product it stucks and does not proceed further.I have tried many times i m not using OFA installation so i have only two mount points.I have created a group DBA and one user oracle and performing installation using this only.
can anyone guide me how to solve this problem.
