Hi all:

First off, I am oracle stupid, I know nothing. My company has an oracle records management system, its version 7i. The client machines were upgraded to Windows 2000 SP2 and as soon as this was done, we could no longer connect to our oracle 7i "database"(I guess). Are there any issues that anyone is aware of with the upgrade of 2000 (the Microsoft ODBC for Oracle driver is also upgraded)? I appreciate any help I can get!!!! TIA!!!

George

What is the specific error message that you are getting? It could be the new driver, but it might be your tnsname.ora file. Without more info, it is hard to say. Terry M. Hoey
