ORACLE 7.3.3.5 and Visual Basic Macros

We use Excel Macro to upload into ORACLE Apps. However, it only seems to work with Windows 95 OS and Excel 97 but not with Windows NT and Excel 2k. Has anyone else experienced this and or found a solution to get it to work with NT and Excel 2k? The consultant that wrote the macro had commented in the program notes that the macro was for excel 97 and Windows 95.
