Oracle 10g XE Connecting on Network

Hi Friends

This might not be the appropriate forum to post this question but still as its related to oracle 10g database i m posting it here.

I have installed Oracle's free 10g Express edition database on a Machine with Windows XP professional loaded. The database and the related application (which is made in PowerBuilder 9.0) works fine on the same machine, but when i am trying to connect it from another machine which is also an Win XP Prof. and is on the same network, i m not able to connect the error which i m getting is TNS Unable to connect to destination.

I have installed ORacle forms 6i runtimes on the remote machine and has modified the tnsnames.ora to point to the 10g XE database.

What else i need to do?? please help

Can you tnsping your database from the remote machine?
Is Listener running on your database server?

Ok, so it seems network and TNS are good.
Must be a problem with your application on the remote host.
Can't help you with forms 6i,

the application is in PowerBuilder 9.0, Powerbuilder provides run time packager of its own, which says that it includes the drivers required to connect to oracle, but when i try with those runtimes i get error as OCI.DLL or Ora0803.dll not found, this problem is resolved after installing forms 6i runtimes. And the PB application works fine on Oracle 9i...

please help...
