Oracle 10g Weblogic Server administration Console login

Hi

I feel completely stupid but can not find the answer. Oracle 10g is fresh installed on Windows XP and I am trying to log into the Weblogic Server administration Console. Don't know what the user name and password to use. I have tried all my local accounts. Reading the manual all I have seen is something referring to entering in the user name and password that was entered when installing. I was never prompted to enter one.

So this leaves me with what is the username and password to use or how do I set one up.
