oracle 10g new features

I'm new to oracle, our company want use RAC to achieve the high availablity goal. Is there any good material for me to start to get to know RAC?

I'm in the same boat. I've ordered Enterprise Grid Computing with Oracle (Osborne Oracle Press S.)which looks relevant. It's not arrived yet so I can't comment further.
