oracle 10g and lyris listmanager on linux

I am using Oracle 10g (10.2) for both the server and the clients.

I am using the latest version of lyris on redhat linux.

Has anyone got lyris and oracle working on linux? Without the constant warning message:

20061215 170859, 30, 16384, 56372144, "mailqSQL.cpp, line:343", "WARNING: reducing mail sending speed because database server cannot keep up with updates"

As far a I can tell Oracle Isn't 'overloaded'. I have run performance tests while lyris listmanager is running, which ran remotely from the same and different machines to which lyris is running on, and getting greater than 250T/S.

any ideas anyone?
