Hi All,
Has anyone come across a situation where you have many active "slaves" but they are all inactive. Here is a sample below:
There are 49 parallel slaves are running currently. but actives
Username QC/Slave Slave Set SID QC SID Requested DOP Actual DOP STATUS
RPT_MASTER QC [NULL] 481 481 [NULL] [NULL] ACTIVE
- p047 (Slave) 2 495 481 16 16 INACTIVE
- p046 (Slave) 2 440 481 16 16 INACTIVE
Also, I'm new to Oracle and I was wondering if someone could provide me some queries that I could enter to see things like "the above" and also some useful performance queries.
Thanks,
-Joe
PS I'm an Oracle (and database) newbie.
