ora - 24327 1

Hi,
We got ORA-24327 error when one of our Java - JDBC programs tried to connect to Oracle. But the next day when the Weblogic server was restarted by our application restart scripts, everything is fine...the same code which threw the error works fine.
And I enquired the DBA there regarding whether there were any changes in the Oracle privileges. But he told that he has not done anything.
Can anyone tell me the reason why is it so

Do you use jdbs-oci driver? If so, make sure that user running WL has $ORACLE_HOME correctly defined and has access to the appropriate Oracle files, located at $ORACLE_HOME/bin, $ORACLE_HOME/lib and $ORACLE_HOME/network/admin.
