I am getting this error:Invalid or unknown NLS Parameter value specified if someone has a clue pls let me know

Please post all of the NLS parameters in your parameter file. One of them is probably misspelled.

where can i find the NLS parameters.

I do not seem to find it where it the parameter file is.Do i need to go to oracle folder and look for it? Honestly, i do not have any clue where this folder or file is located.Please help me if you have an idea where it is located. thank you
