ORA-12541: TNS:no listener

Good Day,

Our app is down, probably due to a DB issue. The error message 'ORA-12541: TNS:no listener' shows up on the app server and on the DB server as well when trying to connect to the DB using either SQL*Plus or DBA Studio.

The listener is up now and all is fine.
