ORA-03121: no interface driver

Hello there,

I have Personal Oracle8 installed, i install Developer 2000 forms4.5 and i am trying to connect database , but it shows message ORA-03121 no interface driver

when i check this error, it says because of Net8 driver not loaded in memory or version diffirece, what that mean ?

any help will be great appriciated.

i need to connect developer with my personal oracle8.
