i have this message when i launch svrmgrl:
ORA-03113: fin de fichier sur canal de communication

the listener party is Ok and when i launch it i have the following message:

Right after launching? Not while trying to connect?
Can you also change your NLS_LANG to get error messages in English?

sorry, i don't set the good oracle_sid : now it's ok.
then i retry a connection and i have now the message:
ORA-12560: TNS : erreur d'adaptateur de protocole
in english it will be :
ORA-12560: TNSrotocol adapter error

(the way to change the NLS_LANG ?? )

SET NLS_LANGUAGE=AMERICAN_<YOUR COUNTRY>.<YOUR CHARSET>

another point perhaps help us for understanding my problem, i have a problem with net8 so i reinstall it (succesfully).
now the problem persist when trying a connection :
Ora-03113: End of file on communication channel
??

i find the way to establish the failed connection:
modify this entry in the sqlnet.ora :
SQLNET.AUTHENTICATION_SERVICES(NONE)
now it's OK!
