ORA-03113: end of file on communication channel

Has anyone been able to overcome this error. It occurs on some machines but not on others and only with some reports, attaching to Oracle 9i on Impromptu 7.1

Did you found a reason for this one ??
We just moved to 9i and transformer gives us this error , when building the cubes.
