ORA-01790 error

Just to add news to this thread that was helpful, I've ran into the same bug but with ORACLE version 11.2.0.4 whereas the sql were running fine in 10.2.0.5.

And the alter session set "_optimizer_squ_bottomup"=false; is a workaround but needs to be set at the system level as the sql are triggered by a third DSS application.

A bug is logged with oracle.
